You arrive at the Bridal Suite, where your hair and makeup team begins preparing you for the day.
Meanwhile, your vendors begin setting up your ceremony and reception spaces.

Final touches, getting dressed, and photos.
First look moments can take place throughout the private grounds and balcony, reserved just for you and your loved ones.

Guests begin to arrive and are guided to your ceremony location.
Your ceremony space will be set with our gold Chiavari chairs, ready to be styled by your décor team or your own personal touches.

Ceremony begins.
4:30 – 5:15 PM
Cocktail-style transition.
Guests mingle, enjoy light bites, and begin settling into the celebration while you complete additional photos if desired.

Your reception is set with our wooden Italian-style tables, gold Chiavari chairs, and table runners, all arranged by our team.

To ensure a seamless experience, we require an insured wedding or event coordinator to manage your timeline and vendors. This role works alongside our venue coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Our list includes professionals across all categories—such as photographers, planners, florists, caterers, and décor specialists—who are familiar with Bonita Ranch and consistently deliver high-quality service. We are also continuously adding new vendors to ensure variety, creativity, and customized options, so you can achieve the exact look and feeling you’re going for.
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, all vendors must be selected from our approved vendor list or become approved prior to your event. All vendors are required to be properly licensed, insured, and compliant with Bonita Ranch’s operating guidelines.
These living favors can be customized to match your event design and even incorporated into your décor throughout the celebration—seamlessly blending beauty and purpose through our “From Nursery to Table” concept.
