Yes, renter(s), shall maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance and Host Liquor liability insurance, in an amount not less than $2,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Such Insurance shall name Bonita Ranch LLC as additional insured, and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided 90 days prior to the event.
It is always good to know that a wedding insurance like the one offered by Wedsure includes wedding cancellation (including postponing) “protecting nonrefundable expenses incurred when the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding or private event, or reception must be canceled or postponed for certain reasons beyond your control”. Please talk to them to understand their conditions, we don’t have any kind of affiliation with them.
Yes, we offer a flexible payment plan. There is an initial non-refundable deposit of 30%, and the remaining balance can be divided into three or more payments, depending on the payment plan you choose from the options we provide. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to pay in full.
To make things easier for you, we offer the option of paying through our client portal using credit cards and wire transfers. If you opt to pay via check or cash, you’ll receive a 3% discount which is reflected in the packages we present to you.
The hold will start once payments have cleared the bank.
While payments are non-refundable, we require wedding insurance through WeSure, and we strongly recommend adding the cancellation policy option. For an additional cost of around $100 on top of the regular wedding insurance, this policy can protect your investment in case of certain cancellation reasons, depending on the specific policy you choose. This added protection not only safeguards your investment with our venue but also covers other vendors you may have booked to make your wedding or event day memorable.
Our rental fee varies based on the date, time, and specific requirements of your event. It typically includes access to the venue, tables, table numbers, table greenery (from nursery to table), chairs, and basic setup. Please visit our packages page or contact us for a personalized quote.
At Bonita Ranch, we partner exclusively with a select group of approved vendors to ensure you have a variety of top-quality choices. Each vendor has been carefully curated, trained, and tested in our venue’s unique setting, so they understand our standards and deliver the best possible experience for your event. We have at least three vendors in each category, all of whom are licensed and insured, with Bonita Ranch and its owners added as additional insured for added peace of mind.
For catering, we accept only full-service providers to maintain the highest quality. If you’re considering a food drop-off option, we can accommodate this if approved and accompanied by professional waitstaff and cleaners, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.
To support a flawless event, we highly recommend hiring a professional wedding planner. However, at minimum, a day-of coordinator from our approved list is required to help manage the day smoothly.
For music, only DJs from our approved vendor list are allowed, as they’ve met our specific standards to create a perfect atmosphere.

Yes, we welcome pets during the ceremony. However, for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be accompanied by a responsible pet sitter and kept on a leash at all times. After the ceremony, we ask that pets either return home or be taken to a pet-sitting facility.
Absolutely! We have extensive experience with destination weddings and events. Our venue is proud to partner with local hotels and Airbnbs in the Brevard County area, many of which offer transportation or Uber rides to and from the venue for your convenience. We serve all of Brevard County, including Viera and Melbourne, and have many clients from Orlando and South Florida. No, we do not charge any commission or accept payments from our vendors for several reasons.
