Here is an outline of the process to select our preferred vendors.

1.     Timing – We are going to be receiving applications and scheduling vendor tours from the third week of July until the end of September 2023 or until all the vendor tour spots have been taken.

2.     Cost – We don’t charge for the application nor to place vendor information on our collateral material; for now, we are just looking for the best vendors to become part of our family.  

3.     Application – If you are interested, please fill out our application here: https://forms.gle/PB6U46Un6v7ehY2s7 and we will get in touch with you to schedule a vendor tour so you can experience our beautiful venue first-hand. Note that if all vendor tour spots are filled, we will let you know and will do our best to accommodate your visit, but we would love if you applied sooner than later so we don’t miss the opportunity to meet each other.

4.     Vendor Tour – We will get to know you a little better during your visit, it is important for us to be sure we can communicate and that the way we work is compatible. The best vendor not only provides best services but is also a good human being respectful of others and personable. You will also be able to ask us questions and give us your feedback about Bonita Ranch.

5.     Preferred vendor selection – We will gather the answers from the initial form, the results from our meeting at the vendor venue tour, any communication/s that have occurred between us, we will look at your reviews, we will share the vendor guidelines to see if you agree with it, and of course we place a big value on the quality of your services so we will want to experience your services. By that, we mean to see you in action when our clients choose you as a provider for their event at Bonita Ranch. At that point, we will be choosing  our long term preferred vendor team and we will include your name in the printed collateral materials we give to our customers.

6.     Communication of selected vendors – You will receive an email notifying you if you are selected or the status of your application. We will be announcing our preferred vendor list via Email around the third week of October.

7.     Top vendor – One of our goals is (In the long term) to build an all-inclusive package with the top vendors in each category and style. 

8.     Marketing Opportunities –  We want to collaborate together and host an open house where we can showcase your services to potential customers,  we will be aiming for February 2024 but we might host some smaller events before that, if you are interested in participating please let us know during your tour.
