12:00 PM: Bride and bridal party arrive at Bonita Ranch and start getting ready in the bridal suite.

12:15 PM: Photographer arrives and prepares to capture getting-ready moments.

12:15 PM: Hair and makeup for the bride and bridal party begin.

1:30 PM: Light lunch or snacks are enjoyed by the bridal party and take some pictures in their robes in bridal suite and venue grounds.

2:45 PM: Bridesmaids and bride begin dressing in their wedding attire.

Groom Arrives & Final Touches

2:30 PM: Groom and groomsmen arrive at their getting-ready location.

2:45 PM: Groomsmen help the groom with ties and cufflinks; candid photos are taken.

First Look and Pre-Ceremony Photos

3:00 PM: Groom and groomsmen take formal photos.3:15 PM: Bride and groom have a first look moment.

3:30 PM: Bride and groom take couple’s portraits around the venue.

4:00 PM: Bride and groom go to their get ready suites to prepare for ceremony.

Pre-Ceremony

Ceremony

Reception

6:30 PM: Guests are invited to the reception area.

6:40 PM: Grand entrance by the bride and groom.

6:45 PM: First dance as a married couple.

6:55 PM: Welcome speech by the parents or couple.

7:05 PM: Dinner is served.

7:40 PM: Speeches and toasts by the best man and maid of honor.
